Project overview
The Dubai Metro is one of the UAE's major transport systems, used by residents and visitors every day.
Jotun supplied a range of coating solutions across different areas of the project, covering floors, structural steel, fire protection and exterior surfaces.
The challenge
A major transport system has to cope with heavy daily use while operating in Dubai's hot and humid climate.
Different parts of the metro infrastructure therefore required different forms of protection.
The coating solution
Jotun products used across the project included:

The result
