WHERE TO USE

PU Catalyst is a highly-efficient reaction activator for polyurethane systems such as Mapefloor PU 400 and Mapefloor PU 410, particularly recommended for use when the hardening reaction of products is required to speed up installation operations. It can be used with other polyurethane resins from the Mapefloor range of product to accelerate their hardening times for small repair of surface damages. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Add 0.5-1.5% by weight of PU Catalyst on the total weight of polyurethane formulate (A+B) to be used, e.g. Mapefloor PU 400 or Mapefloor PU 410, according to the hardening acceleration required considering the ambient and substrate temperature, conditions, etc.

CONSUMPTION

0.5-1.5% of the total weight of polyurethane formulate (A+B) used.

PACKAGING

PU Catalyst is available in 5 kg drums.

STORAGE

PU Catalyst can be stored for up to 12 months in a dry place in its original packaging.
