Malech is a micronized acrylic resin based primer in water dispersion that, once applied on the surface, penetrates better than traditional water based primers.

Mapefer 1K is a one-component mortar prepared according to a formula developed based on polymers in powderform, cementitious binders and corrosion inhibitors to be applied on reinforcing rods to prevent rust formation.

R4-class, rapid-setting, shrinkage-compensated, thixotropic, fibre-reinforced, cementitious mortar, applied in a single layer from 3 to 40 mm thick, for repairing and smoothing concrete.

Mapeflex PU 45 FT is a one-component, thixotropic, easy-to-apply, polyurethane-based sealant and adhesive with a high modulus of elasticity, made according to a formula developed in MAPEI’s own R&D laboratories and meets the requirements of ISO 11600 class F20 HM. Solvent-free, with a low impact on the environment.  

Mapelastic Foundation is a fantastic product which is completely waterproof against positive pressure, and is waterproof against negative pressure of up to 1.5 atm (15 m column of water). Once cured, it is resistant to soluble salts which are present in sea water or in the ground, such as chlorides and sulphates.

Topcem is a special hydraulic binder which, when mixed with graded aggregates and water, can produce an early drying high strength screed ready to receive floor finishes between 24hrs and 4 days. Topcem is defined within BS 8204 -1 section 5.1.3 part f.  Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Mapeflex PU 45 FT may be used to bond most building materials, for example cement and cement-based products, cellular concrete, bricks, steel, copper, aluminium, general pre-painted surfaces, glass, mirrors, gypsum, wood and woodbased materials, ceramics, clinker, insulating material, plastics such as PVC, acrylic glass and fibreglass. The high bonding characteristics and rapid-hardening properties of Mapeflex PU 45 FT make it suitable for joining various materials and for bonding on a wide range of substrate materials.

Lamposilex is a pre-blended powder binder composed of high-strength cements and special admixtures in a formula.

Plastimul meets the requirements for polymer modified bituminous thick coatings, in compliance with EN 15814. Plastimul is a solvent-free paste consisting of selected water-emulsified bitumens, special fine-graded aggregates and admixtures, manufactured according to a formula developed in MAPEI Research & Development Laboratories.

Mapeproof Swell is a single component hydrophilic paste, used in repair and waterproofing operations. It may be applied on damp or uneven surfaces, and may be used at any temperature and with any kind of water which infiltrates or seeps through.

Idrostop Mastic adheres perfectly to surfaces, including on slightly damp surfaces, as long as they are clean and sound. Its creamy consistency compensates for slight differences in the flatness of substrates where Idrostop is to be applied. When the product is extruded from the cartridge, it forms a paste that may be applied on horizontal and vertical surfaces. At +5°C to +35°C it sets by reacting with the moisture in the air to form a plastic bead.

Mapei shower waterproofing is flexible and anti-fracture. Apply before the installation of ceramic tiles or stone material. Some application examples: Waterproofing walls and floors in bathrooms and shower cubicles before laying ceramic tiles, natural stone and mosaic. Waterproofing kitchen walls and floors, and work tops before laying ceramic tiles and natural stone.

Epoxy paint used for the protection of floors, reservoirs and concrete pipes in contact with aggressive chemical agents such as acids, caustic solutions and hydrocarbons. Available in a 5kg unit. Technical Description Mapecoat I 24 is a two-component epoxy-resin.

Two component solvent-free epoxy adhesive for construction joints and for monolithic sealing of cracks in screeds.

Once mixed, Epojet LV and Epojet LV 40 become a very fluid liquid that can easily penetrate even in microcracks. Epojet LV and Epojet LV 40 polymerise without any significant amount of shrinkage, also on wet surfaces and once hardened are waterproof and resist chemical agents present in the air. They also have very good insulating properties and high mechanical strength.  

Rapid repair work on deteriorated concrete beams, pillars, buffer walls, cornices, edges of balconies and structural members and elements that require the use of mortar with high mechanical performance characteristics. After mixing, the product forms a mortar with good workability and with setting and hardening times that can be modulated by adding Mapetard ES. It is applied by trowel in a single layer from 3 to 40 mm thick to repair and smooth over concrete.
