RD-AquaRoad

Waterbased, one component, unbeaded traffic paint of the A2 type, based on pure acrylic resin and titanium dioxide.

USE:

Fast drying A2 type traffic paint for road markings, especially suited for outdoor lines and crosswalks in populated or rural areas

Single component water-based traffic paint based on pure acrylic resins for outdoor use only.

RD-Aquaroad is water-based, easy to handle, safe and has no fire risks. It is a fast-drying coating system that greatly reduces downtime during installation. Virtually odour free, it does not affect neighbouring occupants and can therefore be used in densely populated or rural areas. RD-Aquaroad is UV resistant and has very good resistance against wear and abrasion.

RD-Aquaroad is part of the SCS – Single Coating System - product group.

SUBSTRATES:

Concrete – asphalt

APPLICATION CONDITIONS:

Ambient temperature: minimum 10° C (50°F) Optimal between 12° and 25°C (54° and 77°F). Relative humidity: maximum 85 %

APPLICATION MEANS:

Brush or airless (nozzle size: 019–025)

PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE:

The substrate must be clean: dry, degreased and dust free. Non adhering elements such as older coatings must be removed.

DILUTION:

Product is ready-for-use.

DRYING TIME (20°C - 68°F):

Touch dry: +/- 30 minutes

CLEANING OF TOOLS:

Water
