How to Recoat a Chalky Cladding Surface

Chalking is a common sign of weathered cladding. Wash the surface thoroughly with a cleaning solution to remove loose pigment. Rinse and allow the surface to dry. Lightly abrade to ensure a consistent profile, then apply a cladding primer if required. Finish with a durable topcoat designed for UV stability and exterior use. This restores colour while protecting the substrate from future degradation.
