Natcem 35 fast-set repair mortar
Natcem 35 is a fast-setting, fast-curing repair mortar with rapid strength gain, built for concrete repair and waterproof rendering where speed and durability both matter. It needs only the addition of water, with no separate primers, bonding agents or curing agents, and it is resistant to chloride penetration. It is also approved under Regulation 31 of the Water Supply Regulations for contact with potable water, which makes it a specialist choice for drinking-water infrastructure.
It starts to set in around 35 minutes and can be overcoated just one hour after set, so repairs are back in service fast.

How to apply Natcem 35
Prepare the substrate so it is sound and well roughened to provide a key, and remove any oil, paint, bitumen, grease or laitance. Do not apply to frozen or overheated substrates. Mix with clean water, adjusting water temperature to control the set in very cold or very hot conditions, and apply to the required thickness. Always follow the current product data sheet.
