Waterstop hydraulic cement
Waterstop is an extremely fast-setting hydraulic cement compound for plugging and stopping active water leaks in concrete and masonry. Mixed with water to a stiff, hand-formable consistency and pressed into the leak, it stops running water in minutes, even under pressure and even underwater. It is non-corrosive and non-rusting, so it will not stain or break down over time.

Where Waterstop is used
Waterstop seals non-moving cracks, crevices and holes in concrete and masonry. It stops water passing into or out of basement walls, concrete blocks, tanks, swimming pools, concrete pipe, culverts, manholes, elevator pits and storm drains, and it can plug leaks in cisterns, sewers, tunnels, mines and dams. How to apply Waterstop
Clean out the crack or hole to a sound edge and remove loose material. Mix only a small amount of Waterstop at a time, because it sets so quickly, working the mix to a firm, putty-like consistency. Starting where the pressure is greatest, force the plug into the opening and hold it firmly in place until it takes a set and the flow stops. Build up larger or higher-pressure leaks in stages. Follow the current data sheet for mix ratios and working times.
